Enso Ring Size Chart & Fit Guide

Enso's own published sizing for silicone rings — whole sizes 3 through 14 against inside circumference — plus how silicone stretch changes the fit rules you're used to from metal rings.

Quick Sizing Summary

How Does Enso Ring Sizing Work?

Available Sizes (3 to 14)Enso sells silicone rings in 12 whole sizes: 3 through 14, each defined by inside circumference in millimeters on their official guide.
Silicone StretchesUnlike rigid metal, silicone flexes with warmth, workouts, and daily swelling — forgiving of small measurement error, but not a substitute for clearing your knuckle.
Between Sizes RuleEnso's own rule: if between sizes, choose the larger size. A slightly larger silicone ring stays comfortable all day; a tight one does not.

Silicone fit: what changes vs. a metal ring

The same nominal size behaves differently in a stretch material.

Stretch Forgives, Knuckles Don't

Silicone gives with swelling and grip, so a well-chosen Enso ring rarely pinches the way a tight metal band can. But no material stretches past bone: the ring must still slide over your knuckle with mild resistance and never need force or soap.

Close to US, Not Identical

Enso numerals track near US sizes (Enso 7 = 54.35 mm vs US 7 = 54.41 mm) but follow Enso's own millimeter table. Use this chart rather than converting from a US size — the small gaps add up at the extremes.

Measure When Largest

Fingers run largest in warmth, after activity, and later in the day — exactly when an active-lifestyle ring gets worn hardest. Size from an afternoon or post-workout paper-strip reading, not a cold morning one.

No Resizing Safety Net

Silicone cannot be resized by a jeweler. Combined with the size-up rule, that makes the paper-strip test decisive: between sizes means the larger size, full stop.

Enso's recommended sizing method

The paper-strip test, as Enso's own guide describes it.

1

Wrap a thin paper strip snugly

Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it snugly around the exact finger — snug enough not to slide over the knuckle, never tight enough to pinch.

2

Mark, flatten, and measure in millimeters

Mark where the strip overlaps, lay it flat, and measure to the mark with a millimeter ruler. That length is your inside circumference — match it directly to the table above.

3

Or use Enso's printable sizer

Enso calls its printable ring sizer the surest option. If you print one — theirs or ours — verify 100% scale with a credit card first, or every reading inherits the scaling error.

4

Between sizes? Go larger

Enso's explicit rule. Confirm the larger size still clears the knuckle with mild resistance and doesn't spin freely when your hands are cool.

Frequently asked questions

Are Enso sizes the same as standard US ring sizes?

Enso numbers track very close to US sizes but follow Enso’s own millimeter table — for example, Enso size 7 is 54.35 mm circumference where the US standard is 54.41 mm. The difference is tiny, but for an exact fit use this table rather than converting from a US size.

What should I do if I am between Enso sizes?

Choose the larger size — that is Enso’s own published rule. Silicone stretches and grips differently from metal, and a slightly larger silicone ring stays comfortable through daily finger swelling while a tight one does not.

How does silicone fit differ from a metal ring?

Silicone flexes with warmth, activity, and swelling instead of resisting like metal, so the same nominal size feels more forgiving. That flexibility is not a license to size down: the ring still needs to clear your knuckle and stay put, which is why Enso pairs stretch comfort with a size-up rule.

What is Enso’s recommended way to find my size?

Enso recommends the paper-strip method (wrap, mark, measure in millimeters) and calls its printable ring sizer the surest option. Measure the exact finger on the exact hand, then read the size straight from their circumference table — mirrored above.

Can a jeweler resize a silicone ring if I pick wrong?

No — silicone rings cannot be resized like metal bands. That is exactly why the size-up rule matters: when in doubt between two sizes, the larger one is the safer order. Check Enso’s current store policy for exchanges before buying.
